About the Owner
Villa Noah is a family property with deep roots in St Barth. Located on a private estate in St Jean—right next to the airport and directly on the beach—it offers one of the island’s most desirable locations. The estate is exclusively owned by the Ledee family. The property originally belonged to the parents of the current owner, Ralph Ledee. Following the impact of Hurricane Irma, Ralph decided to rebuild and expand. He first constructed a new building on the estate, which today houses the master suite upstairs and the garage below. Inspired by a vision to modernize and elevate the family property, Ralph undertook a transformation of the existing bungalows—which were once rented out individually by his parents—and created a harmonious five-bedroom villa. The design preserves the spirit of individual living spaces, with four independent bungalows arranged around a serene Balinese-style pool, and the master suite elevated for privacy and views. To honor his family and especially his son, Ralph named the villa Villa Noah—a legacy of love, resilience, and refined island living.
