Welcome to Mallard Landing, a brand-new 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath lodge at the newly developed Glasswater Bluffs, tucked away just behind Branson Landing and Lake Taneycomo. Designed with a sophisticated sporting-lodge feel, Mallard Landing pairs warm woods, rich earth tones, black accents, vintage-inspired pieces, hunting and retriever details and botanical artwork. The Lodge is filled comfortable modern furnishings to create a home that feels distinctly Ozarks without sacrificing the clean finish of a brand-new property.

MAIN FLOOR

The main level welcomes guests into an open living space designed for gathering. Comfortable seating, warm wood tones, carefully selected lodge-inspired décor, and a Smart TV create an inviting place to settle in after a day in Branson.

The fully equipped kitchen continues the clean, modern aesthetic and opens directly to the dining and living areas, making it easy for the entire group to stay connected. The dining table seats 6 guests, while the large kitchen island provides seating for 4 additional guests.

Doors lead to the covered lower deck, extending the living space outdoors. The deck includes comfortable seating and a propane grill, giving guests a convenient place to cook outside, enjoy morning coffee, or relax in the fresh Ozarks air.

The Mallard Suite
Inspired by the lodge’s sporting character, the Mallard Suite brings together warm, outdoorsy details and comfortable furnishings for a polished take on classic lodge style. The bedroom includes a Smart TV and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The Pine Ridge Suite
Rich textures and nature-inspired details define the Pine Ridge Suite. Botanical artwork above the bed, including beautifully framed evergreen specimens, complements the warm copper-brown bedding, dark upholstered headboard, and wood furnishings. The room includes a Smart TV and a private ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

A convenient half bathroom serves the shared spaces on the main floor.

UPPER FLOOR

Follow the staircase upstairs to a second spacious living and entertainment area. Vaulted ceilings and large windows make this level feel bright and open, while warm leather and dark upholstered seating maintain the lodge-inspired character of the home.

The upstairs lounge includes a large Smart TV and shuffleboard table, along with smaller games including tabletop tic-tac-toe and UNO. A PlayStation 5 gaming setup with DualSense controllers adds another entertainment option for kids, teens, and adults alike.

The upper living room opens directly onto the home’s second covered deck, furnished with outdoor dining/seating. It’s an additional place for the group to spread out and enjoy time outside without leaving the lodge.

The Retriever Bunk Room
One of the home’s most playful spaces, the Retriever Bunk Room carries the lodge’s sporting-dog theme into a family-friendly sleeping area. A substantial dark-wood bunk bed, retriever artwork, warm wood flooring, a large area rug and a Smart TV create a comfortable retreat for younger guests or anyone who enjoys a classic lodge atmosphere. This bedroom also has its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The Ozark Trail Suite
The final bedroom offers a quieter, contemporary interpretation of the lodge aesthetic. A warm wood bed and coordinating nightstands are paired with layered chocolate, gray and soft green textiles, large abstract artwork, vintage-style green luggage accents and a Smart TV. Like the other bedrooms, it has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

With four bedrooms, four private bathrooms, a half bath, two living spaces and two covered decks, Mallard Landing gives groups room to gather when they want to be together and plenty of space to retreat when they don’t.
