The spacious kitchen anchors the space with abundant white cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, stylish overhead lighting, and an oversized blue island with seating for five. Just beyond, the dining area features two generous tables with seating for 20 guests, all framed by large windows that bring the spectacular scenery into the room.

The adjoining living area offers plenty of room for the entire group to relax, with an oversized sectional, two additional loveseats, a large Smart TV, full-length statement mirror, and comfortable accent seating. Expansive windows fill the space with natural light while showcasing elevated views across Lake Taneycomo and Branson Landing.

From the dining and living spaces, step onto the covered main-floor deck to enjoy the view in the open air. The deck includes a large outdoor dining table and additional seating, along with a propane grill for easy group cookouts overlooking the lake and Branson Landing.

The main floor also includes a convenient half bath and two private bedroom suites. For added convenience, every bedroom throughout the lodge features bedside lamps and a device that provides wireless phone charging. All bedrooms except the bunk room also include a Smart TV.

The Bluewater Suite — Ground Floor

Located on the ground floor, The Bluewater Suite features a king-size bed, Smart TV, closet, and plenty of natural light. A private en-suite bathroom adds convenience with a modern vanity and walk-in glass shower.

The Sandbar Suite — Ground Floor

The Sandbar Suite features a queen-size bed anchors the room, while a window brings in plenty of natural light. The suite also includes a Smart TV and a private en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in glass shower.

Upper Floor

Upstairs, the home opens into an impressive entertainment and lounge space beneath a soaring vaulted ceiling, where dramatic upper windows and a full wall of glass fill the room with natural light and showcase sweeping views of Lake Taneycomo and Branson Landing.

A full-size pool table anchors the game area, accompanied by barstool seating and a convenient wet bar with a sink and mini refrigerator. Just beyond, a spacious lounge offers generous sectional seating and an additional Smart TV, creating plenty of room for the group to spread out while still enjoying the space together.

Glass doors lead directly onto the upper deck, extending the living space outdoors with comfortable seating and a fire pit overlooking the lake and Branson Landing—a beautiful spot to unwind and enjoy the view.

The upper floor also includes three private bedroom suites:

The Driftwood Suite — Upper Floor

The Driftwood Suite draws its name from the striking wood-grain artwork above the bed. High ceilings and an oversized window give the room an airy, open feel, with the window offering a partial view of Lake Taneycomo. The suite features a king-size bed with a softly upholstered headboard, a Smart TV, and a closet. A private en-suite bathroom completes the space with a modern vanity and tub-and-shower combination.

The Shoreline Suite — Upper Floor

The Shoreline Suite features two large windows fill the room with natural light. The suite includes a king-size bed, Smart TV, and closet, along with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in glass shower.

The Cove Suite — Upper Floor

The Cove Suite takes its inspiration from the quieter, more natural side of lake life. A king-size bed with a curved natural-wood frame anchors the space. The upper-floor suite also features a window for natural light, a Smart TV, closet, full length mirror, and private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower.

Lower Floor

Downstairs, a hallway leads to another dedicated recreation space designed to keep the fun going. The game room is stocked with entertainment for all ages, including two arcade machines featuring Pac-Man and Golden Tee, a giant Connect Four game, cornhole, a collection of classic board games, and a large Smart TV. Shelving provides convenient storage for games and extra towels, keeping everything guests need close at hand.

Large windows and glass doors bring abundant natural light into the lower level and open directly onto the home’s third covered deck. Outside, guests can settle into the comfortable lounge seating, unwind in the private hot tub, or enjoy some friendly competition on the private putting green. With elevated views toward Lake Taneycomo and Branson Landing as the backdrop, the outdoor spaces offer even more ways to relax, play, and spend time together.

The lower floor also includes the remaining four bedroom suites:

The Waterline Suite — Lower Floor

The Waterline Suite takes its cue from the striking oversized artwork above the bed. Those colors continue underfoot in the abstract area rug. The bed features a tall, channel-tufted gray upholstered headboard and is joined by a window, Smart TV, and closet. A private en-suite bathroom completes the suite with a spacious vanity and tub-and-shower combination.

The Dockside Suite — Lower Floor

The Dockside Suite includes a king-size bed with a classic white headboard anchors the room, framed by two oversized abstract prints whose curved forms subtly echo sails and shoreline shapes. The suite also features a full-length mirror, Smart TV, and closet, along with a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in glass shower.

The Sandstone Suite — Lower Floor

The Sandstone Suite has a warm, serene feel, featuring a king-size bed with a softly upholstered headboard. Three large windows span much of the exterior wall, filling the room with natural light and overlooking the lower deck, where the hot tub is located just outside. Includes a Smart TV, full-length mirror, private en-suite bathroom and glass-enclosed walk-in shower.

The Harbor Bunk Room — Lower Floor

The Harbor Bunk Room carries the property’s lake-inspired style. Two substantial wood bunk beds provide four twin beds, each with its own personal reading lamp for added comfort and convenience. A dresser and closet provide additional storage, while the private en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.
